Cancellation Policy
At Belle Cosmetic Clinic, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional care and service. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy. Please read and understand this policy before booking or scheduling an appointment with us. Cancellation Policy: 1.1. Appointment Cancellation: - Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and optimize our scheduling. 1.2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: - If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be charged, which will vary based on the type of service and appointment duration. This fee is intended to compensate our professionals for their time. Refund Policy: 2.1. Service Fees: - We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns, and we will make every effort to address your needs. 2.2. Product Purchases: - Refunds on product purchases may be provided within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please present the original receipt for processing your refund. 2.3. Package and Membership Fees: - Refunds for package purchases or membership fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Unused portions of packages or memberships may be refunded or credited under certain circumstances. Procedure for Cancellations and Refund Requests: 3.1. For refund requests, please contact us and provide your receipt and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. We will consider individual cases and may make exceptions to our cancellation policy under such circumstances.
